We will go into some detail as we point out the kinds of results that our clients have reported to us. Next, we’ll give you a sense of our guiding beliefs, and our approach to projects we have undertaken, and how we bring our uniqueness into the work we do.
Due to the joint assessment we conduct with you, we come to understand the challenges and obstacles facing your managers and supervisors. From that point, and in consultation with you, a determination is made about what intervention and/or training process would be most suitable for your people.
Whether the challenges happen to be entry into a new supervisory situation, dealing with poor performance, or motivating people when there are problems of morale, we have successfully helped both novice and experienced supervisors gain knowledge that increases their confidence in dealing with employees. Along with increased confidence, participants have made gains in acquiring competencies and resources to handle difficult situations.
Through our intervention and training processes, we help your managers and supervisors develop strategies to overcome the tendency to be reactive and learn how to respond to their people. Your leaders need the ability to effectively communicate, resolve conflict, build teams, and manage relationships. Equipped with new knowledge, skill, and competence, participants gain the courage to not only be accountable but to hold others accountable for their performance.

We use a learning model in which the responsibility for learning is shared by the instructor and participant. Each training module is highly interactive with role playing, case studies, small group discussions, and personal development plans. Participants interact with each other, exchanging ideas and discussing real organizational issues. Three adult learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) are utilized by integrating exercises, information, and case studies applicable to each unit.
Our interventions are carefully planned according to your needs and designed to get the results you are seeking. For example, when there is conflict in the workplace, there are a number of ways to adddress the situation. When there are multiple solutions and multiple approaches we carefully assess the situation with you to determine which method of conflict resolution would be most appropriate and most cost effective.
